Difficult Interview Questions

Everyone knows how difficult it is to go into an interview not knowing exactly what curveballs they are planning to throwing at you. Generally, as meager preparation, people search their memory and try and figure out the most common things that are asked in an interview, but are never truly confident they will have the answers. Want a heads up? Here are some examples of difficult interview questions that interviewers ask:

“Who do you admire most and why?”
“Describe a situation where you had to solve a problem and how you solved it.”
“Don’t you think you are overqualified for this position?”
“What is your biggest weakness”
“Can you explain the time gap in your employment?”
“If you could be any car, what would you be and why?”
“What accomplishment are you most proud of?”
“Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”

Coming up with on the spot answers to these difficult interview questions can make or break you especially if you go into the interview unprepared, but I guarantee you one of these questions will come up in your interview and you will not know the absolute best way to answer it.

And the key to answering these questions isn't just "answering the way you feel." To truly be successful in your next interview you need to know exactly what your interviewer wants to hear.

And guess what? It's not what you think they want to hear, nor is it what your parents / friends / family / the guy next door told you what to say. So what is it you may ask? Find out now in Trevor Kemball's Interview Manuscript guide.
